Eating almonds every day can help you get the recommended daily amounts of magnesium and avoid some problems. Well, it remains known that the deficiency of this mineral can cause problems in metabolism

According to a study published in Green Med Info  , changing snacks or snacks for almonds can help with weight loss by significantly reducing body mass index.
